Dr. Mohina Gupta, MD is a board certified in Internal Medicine. She has been in private practice since 2002 in the Libertyville, Buffalo Grove area of Illinois.
We provide comprehensive medical care for patient’s age 18 and older. As an internist we have extensive training in diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of all medical conditions from adolescence to geriatric years. We are also certified for green card and immigration physicals.
We have the clinical expertise to promptly diagnose and treat acute illnesses and direct long-term management of recurrent and chronic medical conditions like asthma and diabetes mellitus, hypertension, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, arthritis and many many more.
We strongly believe in preventive healthcare. As old saying goes, prevention is better than cure. We conduct yearly physicals, immunizations, age appropriate cancer screenings as well as risk factor modification.

On January 2019 while doing a self breast exam I found a mass. I got an urgent appointment scheduled with Dr Gupta and that same day an order for mammogram was given and all my referrals were processed on the spot. As soon as my results came back, additional referrals were processed for surgeon and oncology. Breast Cancer was found on time, and I was able to get all the care necessary right on time. Thanks to Dr Gupta we were able to get rid of cancer before it was too late. She continues to make sure that I am healthy. I will always be grateful to have her as my primary doctor.
