Prescription refills

  • We refill routine prescriptions during office hours
  • We can send them electronically to your pharmacy at your request
  • We will refill your medications if we received request from your pharmacy.
  • Some patients put themselves on automatic refills with their pharmacy /mail order companies. We will not be responsible if these prescriptions are filled and you do not want them.
  • We do not refill routine prescriptions after office hours.
  • Controlled substances will require you to sign a contract with us. You will need to pick up a paper prescription for most controlled substances and they cannot be sent electronically
  • Please give us some advance notice for refill requests so you do not run out of your medications.

Appointment

We see patient by appointment only.

Day of your Appointment

We ask all patients to arrive early for their appointments so we have plenty of time to get you ready for the doctor. Established patients we request that you come 15 minutes early and for those new to the clinic we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.

We will try our hardest to accommodate you as best as possible.

We do pride ourselves to run on time but unexpected things sometimes happen.

We understand how important your time is but sometimes due to unpredictable circumstances for example more sick patient’s sometimes need more time and coordination which makes us late.

We will make every effort to keep you updated if we are running late.

Please excuse our tardiness we will surely give you the same attention when it is your turn.

Kindly give us a 24-hour notice if you would like to cancel your appointment. This will give us a chance to fit other patients with urgent needs on the schedule.

There will be a charge of $35 for no-shows and appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice for weekday appointments.
